What is Muroto Geopark Promotion Council?
The Muroto Geopark Promotion Council (hereinafter referred to as the "Council") is a voluntary organization that conducts research, information gathering, environmental improvement, and information dissemination while following the guidelines of the Global Geoparks Network. The purpose is to raise the interest of not only citizens but also citizens in Geoparks and to form a sustainable community.
